Supplement containing highly concentrated potassium. Potassium is an important element responsible for neurological functions. In soft corals, potassium participates in the transpo rt of nutrients. In SPS corals the deficiency of this valuable element causes a faded pink and red color. Usage of zeolites-based filtration media in the aquarium may lead to potassium deficiency. Regular and balanced use of Kalium allows maintaining proper level of potassium and strengthens the red and pink coloration of SPS corals. The recommended level of potassium in aquarium water is 360 –420 mg/l (ppm).Dosage: 1 drop per 100 liters (27 US gal) daily. 1 ml of Kalium in 100 l (27 US gal) of water raises the potassium level by 1.86 ppm. It is important that each aquarium is different and the dosage depends on the coral cast and individual needs.Do not overtighten the screw, otherwise the cover might be damaged. Show more
