The blade sits in a quick-release holder with locating pins and pressure plates instead of screws. To swap it you pop the head, drop the old blade out, drop a new one in, and you're done. No screwdriver, no fiddling with tiny fasteners over a full tank, and far less chance of slicing a finger doing it.
