The Aquario NEO CO2 Kit is a perfect hassle-free and budget-friendly solution for smaller aquariums, beginners, or someone who simply just wants to dip their feet into CO2 injection but doesn't want to spend too much on a larger more complex CO2 system. This kit comes with simple set up instructions and all the necessary equipment, making it extremely easy to start injecting CO2 into a planted aquarium to achieve better plant growth. The NEO CO2 Kit is designed to provide a natural supply of CO2 suitable for planted aquariums for up to 50-60 days. Tank Recommendation: We recommend using one bottle per 10 - 30 gallons of water, and for larger aquariums, multiple bottles can be utilized concurrently to achieve optimal CO2 levels. For tanks under 10 gallons, you run the risk of injecting too much CO2 and depleting oxygen levels which can be deadly for your fish. However, if you do decide to use it on tanks smaller than 10 gallons, we recommend running an air pump or an additional filter when the lights are off, or if you notice your fish gasping at the surface. Creating additional surface agitation in the water will help gas exchange to degas excess CO2 and encourage additional Oxygen to dissolve into the water. How Long Does This Kit Last? Usage life can vary depending on the room temperature. The recommended room temperature ranges from 68° to 86°. The higher the temperature, the faster the CO2 depletes itself and the shorter the duration of usage. Can The CO2 Output Be Adjusted Or Turned Off?
