AQUILA CX-G, AMPLIFIED 5 years ago we launched our first ever Gravel-specific model, the Aquila CX-G. Over that time it has become one of our best sellers. It was a platform we offered as a “Swiss Army knife” for those seeking a bike with little boundaries. Equipped with features that allowed riders to be efficient on and off-road. As the gravel scene has snowballed into one of the fastest-growing genres of the cycling world. We felt it was time to up the ante, and launch a new iteration of the CX-G, which is lighter, faster, and more capable than its predecessor…During this continuous evolution of gravel bikes, there is a strong desire to have a platform that packs more of a performance punch. We have fined tuned the tube shapes of the CX-G frame to provide some aerodynamic properties, implemented full cable integration, reworked the geometry to provide greater agility, and increased the max tire size to 50mm, which allows to further tune the ride of the bike.
