This brass insert is weighted to a full 30 round load out of .223/5.56 @ 12.8oz* (17.5oz approx in mag) and scaled to fit in all 30rd AR mags. The edges along the bottom have been rounded so they won’t eat away at your follower with continued insertion. The Slider on top is made from a durable nylon, which will perfectly grip and maintain shape within the feed lips and allow the bolt to pass through, allowing for easy use with dry fire lasers. Also with the weight of a full load out of 3-8mags (3-8lbs) on your plate carrier, these make for a great way to increase your training regiment.
