Experience superior protection and comfort with these premium motorcycle helmets featuring advanced engineering and thoughtful design. At the heart of their innovation is the Variable Axis System (VAS) shield mechanism, developed to enhance the helmet's shell shape by lowering the pivot point and reducing the size of the pivot cover. This design creates a smoother shell surface in critical impact areas, improving the helmet's ability to glance off objects and reduce impact energy effectively. The helmets boast a Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction (PB-CLC) or the enhanced Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) shell, combining multiple materials and techniques to deliver a lightweight yet robust protective shell. This construction ensures optimal strength without compromising rider comfort or agility. Shield operation is seamless and intuitive, thanks to a larger latch that securely holds the shield closed, preventing unexpected openings while facilitating quick adjustments. Many models come equipped with the VAS-Max Vision (VAS-MV) shield system, compatible with Pinlock® 120 MaxVision inserts to combat fogging and maintain clear vision in various riding conditions. Comfort is paramount, with adjustable perimeter liners and cheek pads allowing a custom fit tailored to individual head shapes, predominantly featuring intermediate oval and round oval designs to accommodate a wide range of riders. The soft-brushed, removable liners provide easy cleaning and exceptional comfort, while the FCS® cheek pads combine contoured shapes with multiple foam densities and a foam spring to cradle the face and reduce wind noise effectively. Ventilation is expertly managed through one-piece exhaust vents and top exhaust vents that remain open continuously, enhancing airflow to extract heat and moisture, thereby reducing shield fogging and improving aerodynamic stability. Additional features include water-repellent chin covers that smooth airflow and minimize wind noise from below, further enhancing the riding experience. These helmets are engineered to make donning and removal effortless, with shell flares around the base and secure cheek pad systems ensuring a snug, safe fit. Whether for everyday commuting or high-performance riding, these helmets combine cutting-edge safety technology with comfort and style, making them an excellent choice for discerning riders seeking reliable head protection.
