Arancello handmade in Ballarat, small batch and true to the Italian tradition. Fresh Australian oranges are hand peeled, zest only, then macerated in pure spirit, blended with a li ght sugar syrup and rested before bottling. The result is bright and aromatic with sweet-bitter orange oils and a smooth citrus finish. Serve straight from the freezer as an after-dinner sip, over ice with soda or tonic for a simple spritz, or use it in cocktails for an orange twist. It also lifts desserts, from gelato and semifreddo to panna cotta. Locally made with fresh ingredients and traditional methods. No artificial colours. Best served well chilled. Show more
