Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot are modern legends from Arbois in the Jura region. They favor natural wine methodology over industrial ones, and wines are defined by what nature gives them in the vineyard rather than what they can craft in the winery. Certified biodynamic, their wines eschew away from the more oxidative aromas usually associated with the Jura, and instead go the opposite direction, crafting a more reductive style of wine. Their 'DD' Rouge is a blend of Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir, all the classic varieties of the Jura region. It is a light, easy to enjoy red, that can be served chilled.
