We all love a cosy slipper, but we feel it’s time to demand a little more from these pillars of domesticity. Our new Arbroath pushes the boundaries of fireside comfort a little further; the felt upper is fashioned from recycled plastic bottles, the foot-form insock is created from milled offcuts of foam, recycled and moulded into a supportive cushioned footbed. We have set a slimmer profile; less bulk for greater agility, with an outdoor sole; practical and discrete enough to venture outdoors without raising eyebrows. The neoprene back creates a flexible heel counter to hold the slipper firmly in place, or, alternatively, it can be trodden down (with no damage) for an easy mule to slip on and off (should you ever wish to). All in all Arbroath is a bit of a revolutionary, in and out of the armchair.
