Sure, the tactical extraction gameplay in Embark Studios’ ARC Raiders is fabulously designed and finely tuned, but the game’s gloriously retro look and feel — a world filled with junk drawers, rusted chrome, and forgotten relics of the space race — is just as important to its impressive success. It’s a deeply immersive experience, and a key component of that immersion lies in ARC Raiders’ sound design. Machines whir, hum, roar, and buzz, grass and dirt crunches under combat boots, guns pop and clank with metallic resonance. And to top it all off, a killer soundtrack sets the game’s impeccable mood. It’s the cherry on top of a delicious sundae, and there’s nothing that iam8bit loves more than an auditory sweet treat. That’s why we’re proud to present this: The ARC Raiders 2xLP (180 Gram Edition)! This 2xLP is filled with your favorite songs from ARC Raiders, including the title track, the hub music from “Speranza,” atmospheric themes like “The New World,” and much more from composers Patrik Andrén, Johan Söderqvist, & Embark Studios. It’s pressed on 180g Black Vinyl. This heavy-duty, high-quality vinyl ensures the best listening experience possible. Plus, the album art by ARC Raiders Art Director Robert Sammelin adorns a unique widespine jacket with die cut detailing,so you can swap the inner sleeve on display to match whichever color you’re feeling that particular day. ARC Raiders is a once-in-a-lifetime game — don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime vinyl release to match.
