Arctic Fire earns its name in the cup: a black tea that brews to a vivid, glowing red, bright as a winter sunrise. It's a flavoured black tea blend, full-bodied leaves lifted with tropical fruit and scattered with blue cornflower and golden sunflower petals. The result is bold and warming, a striking cup to start the morning or carry through a cold afternoon. Tasting Notes The base is a robust black tea, brisk and full, while tropical-fruit notes bring a round, juicy sweetness on top. Hibiscus adds a berry-bright tartness and deepens the cup to its signature red. The petals are partly for the eye, partly for the soft floral lift they give the aroma. It's a flavour-forward, easy-drinking black tea, smooth enough to take without milk. Hot or Iced Brewed hot, it's a bold, fruity cup with the body to wake you up. It also makes a spectacular iced tea: brew it strong, chill it, and that glowing red colour becomes the centrepiece of the glass. A little honey and a slice of lemon suit the iced version well on a warm day. Brewing Heat fresh water to 95 °C, just off the boil, and steep 2.5 g of leaves (about one teaspoon) for 3 to 4 minutes. For iced tea, brew it at double strength and pour it over ice.
