The Ardaga rope protector has been build with the UK HSE 364/2001 report in mind. In this report it is clear that vinyl by itself isn’t enough so we decided to join the best of bot h worlds and create the first vinyl/FR canvas rope protector decades ago. These days we added a layer of PU foam to the rope protector to give it a better cushioning and radius for when you got over the edge.
