In an unconventional move, Fowles use predominantly Vermentino as the sparkling base for this wine. When picked early, Vermentino provides fresh lively acidity, pear, apple and citrus fruit characters. A small amount of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Arneis add extra complexity to deliver a vibrant and refreshing sparkling with layers of flavours, fine minerality and crisp, dry finish.
