Produced by the Orendain brothers, Eduardo and Jaime, it represents the pinnacle of their traditional, small-batch craftsmanship. Each bottle is single-barrel, limited-production, and hand-decorated. Production Details Agave Source: 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the lowlands of Jalisco. Extraction & Cooking: Cooked via autoclave and extracted using a traditional roller mill. Fermentation: Naturally fermented in open-air cement/stone tanks without using fiber. Distillation: Twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. Aging Process: Matured for 36 to 48 months in single-barrel American white oak barrels (often used bourbon barrels). Proof: 40% ABV (80 Proof).
