The agave is slow-cooked in stone ovens, milled with a roller, and naturally fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks with a blend of wild and cultivated yeast. Distilled twice in copper pot stills with volcanic spring water, it delivers aromas of fresh agave, citrus zest, green herbs, and subtle minerality, accented by light pepper and floral tones.
