Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. No refunds will be given under any circumstance, however if you feel there is a legitimate problem with your unit on our part please send an email [email protected] for a damage assessment.Email must be sent within 3 days of receiving the unit. If our team assesses a problem on our behalf you will return the unit for repair(s) within 4 days of receiving the unit.Repairs take approximately 10 business days depending on the extent of the damage
