Three years ago, Aria was studying fifteen hours a day, chasing perfect grades, and losing herself in the process. At just sixteen, she was burnt out, unfulfilled, and exhausted to the point of task paralysis. She remembers one night, falling asleep with her laptop still open, wrapped in a blanket on the living room floor. That was the moment she realised something had to change. Rather than quit, Aria chose a new way to study. Not longer or harder, but smarter. She taught herself how to learn, trading busywork for understanding, practice exams, mind maps, and tools that let her study less while understanding more. The shift opened space in her routine for things that mattered - things that gave her more energy and more focus, like exercise and time with friends, walks in the sunshine, cooking good food, reading for pleasure and travel. Now a Bachelor of Medical Science student majoring in Neuroscience at Flinders University, Aria creates content that artfully combines education, study habits and wellbeing inspiration, with those in-between moments of real life. She is also the founder of Ecadamie, an online education platform helping students become that student, and the host of The Balanced Student podcast.
