Apply a layer of Magpie Don't Be Tacky and cure to a high shine for 60 seconds. Mix with Magpie Give Me Strength (clear) to create a glitter gel. Apply the glitter gel with the Magpie Silicone Tool or the Magpie Illustrator nail art brush or the Magpie Teal Detailer brush. Cure for 60 seconds. Apply a layer of Don't Be Tacky and cure to a high shine for 60 seconds.
