Founded in 2015 by two women with backgrounds in fashion and fine art, Ark Colour Design is a Cambridge-based studio making leather goods that are colorful and fun without giving up on craft. The leather comes from a family-run Scottish tannery that uses hides from the meat and dairy industry that would otherwise go to waste, and each keychain is cut, embossed, and assembled in Scotland using traditional hot foil techniques, so no two come out exactly alike. Each keychain features one of Ark's signature illustrated designs, finished on a gold plated ring with the Ark Colour Design name stamped around the band.
