The Ratana warranty for Burner System and Gas Valve for 2 years for aluminum and 5 years for Stainless Steel pans form date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The Ratana Windshield warranty is 1 year against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Reflective Fire Glass, Glass Pebbles and Lave Rocks are not covered under warranty.
