This course is designed to introduce former military service members to the aspect of concealed carrying in civilian life. Successful completion of this class would satisfy the requirement to complete a course pertaining to DC laws on self defense when applying for a concealed carry licenses and permits from several other states allowing the individual to carry in up to 42 states, provided that they have documented proof of former military service. Training exemptions are at the discretion of the state but typically require an honorable discharge. Range entrance fees ($32) are not covered in the price of the course. You will need 50 rounds to complete the course of fire. You will be required to show proof of current or prior service with an honorable discharge prior to attending and when submitting your application for your license. Serpa holsters (push button) or trigger finger actuated retention device holsters, belly band style holsters, fanny packs and pocket holsters will not be allowed during live fire.
