For transitioning to natural deodorant and general pit cleaning. Using a non-metal spoon, scoop a spoonful into a small dish and add equal parts apple cider vinegar to create a pas te. Smear over pits and leave on for 5-10 minutes, arms raised. Remove with a warm, damp towel and follow with natural deodorant. Repeat daily until natural deodorant is effective.
