Filip made this post-wine post-beer by co-fermenting the leftover straw wine skins of Riesling with beer. 10-day fermentation on the skins, followed by gentle pressing and 7 months of aging in barrels. Finally, it was bottled with Welschriesling juice to spark a secondary fermentation and give it a delightful sparkle. Funky, refreshingly sour beer-style drink! 8% alcohol. Show more
