Garden of Wisdom's Arnica Blossom Hydrosol is a type of aromatic water that is produced through the steam distillation of fresh Arnica Blossoms. Arnica is a herbaceous plant that is native to Europe and has been traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.Arnica Blossom Hydrosol is believed to have similar properties as its essential oil counterpart but is milder and can be used directly on the skin without dilution. It can be used as a facial toner, a refreshing mist, or a natural remedy for muscle pain, bruises, and inflammation.
