Peychaud's Bitters is one of the most classic gentian-based bitters. Compared to Angostura Bitters, Peychaud's has a light body and floral aroma, featuring notes of anise and spice d cherry. Sometimes nothing but Peychaud's will do, and that is why it is one of only three brands to have survived the Prohibition.
