This careful maturation releases rich essential oils and fosters a mellow, complex flavour profile that captures the very essence of South Australia’s gardens and farms. Diluted to 40% ABV, our bitters remain fresh, preserve their gut-health benefits, and deliver flavour directly into your glass. Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic? Bitters are made using alcohol to extract the botanical oils, to create the complex flavours and keep the bitters ‘fresh’. However, because only a few drops are used when added to sparkling water or a non-alcoholic cocktail, it is not considered alcoholic in this diluted form. Obviously, if added to an alcoholic cocktail, then the final beverage creation will be alcoholic. Serving Suggestions Non-Alcoholic Serves: Add 20–30 drops to a 150 mL glass of sparkling water for a delicious, digestive-friendly tonic.
