It's matured for over two decades exclusively in sherry butts, before it's bottled up at an approachable 46% ABV. The sherried Island whisky is packed full of dark chocolate and a good dose of spice. Nose: Fresh fruit sweetness, toasted nuts, and crystallised ginger coated in dark chocolate, Palate: Dark chocolate-dipped almond, candied orange, nutmeg and more warming ginger.
