TOP TIPS/HOW TO USE: CAT EYE APPLICATION TECHNIQUE 1. Start with a base coat and cure 2. Apply your chosen colour and cure. White & Black shades are especially popular for making the cat eye effect pop 3. Mix a small amount of the cat eye powder with your chosen top coat 4. Using one of the NAILS-LUXE application brushes, apply the newly created cat eye mixture onto your nails making sure not to cure 5. Hold the NAILS-LUXE Magnet over the nail to create your desired cat eye effect, you can then cure 6. Finish with a top coat and cure for long lasting, glossy nails CHROME APPLICATION TECHNIQUE 1. Start with a base coat and cure 2. Apply the NAILS-LUXE art gel shade of your choice in either black, white or clear. This is a non wipe formula, so there's no need to wipe off any residue after curing 3.
