About 'Arrow' by FaeDesfa: Exceptional red wine, crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested from 30-50 year old vines grown on volcanic soils with white marl and red staggering at 180m above sea level in the Euganean Hills. Following FaeDesfa's natural winemaking approach, the grapes undergo a slow direct pressing over a day and a half, then spend 10 months aging in oak tonneaux. Bottled in November 2023, this zero-sulfite wine beautifully expresses its terroir.
