They are not new and show signs of wear and use. All lamp bases have been tested and tagged by a licensed professional to ensure they are compliant to Australian standards. SHIPPING All lamps vary in size and weight and shipping varies on location. We have set a default shipping cost for all shades and lamps at $75; but this may vary. We will happily refund any excess paid, or you may receive an invoice for any additional costs incurred.
