Join artist/designer Michael Champlin for an afternoon of turning your messy feelings into messy art using the practice of art jounaling! Enhance your mindfulness, reduce stress and anxiety, and safely process emotions in the judgement free zone of your very own art journal. You'll be supplied with tons of different materials as Michael walks you through exercises and experiments to let loose on the page. Think collage materials, pens, pencils, markers, crayons, oil pastels and more! You'll be provided with a journal of your own to take home and continue on with your practice. While on Earth is not able to offer any refunds for cancelling your reservation less than 2 weeks before a workshop as this is a one woman show and I cannot recoup costs for myself or workshop instructors.
