Each of the han dcrafted ceramic objects represents and celebrates a seasonal ritual on the Finnish calendar such as Easter, Midsummer, and St. Lucia Day. The sweetly simple yet expressive designs are meant to evoke the pagan past of Finland, and were achieved through close collaboration with COMPANY founders Aamu Song and Johan Olin. The Easter Witch depicts the Finnish custom of children dressing up as witches to welcome spring.
