This spirit is crystal clear with a rich agave viscosity. Its aroma features notes of rising pastry dough, spring rain, mint, and bold roasted agave, complemented by subtle hints o f lime, lemongrass, and hay. On the palate, it offers a velvety, wine-like texture with a fresh chile tingle, white pepper, and spearmint candy flavors, alongside sweet agave, pineapple, grapefruit, and a touch of licorice. The finish is clean and crisp, reminiscent of rainwater, with lingering sweet agave, pepper, and a refreshing minty note. Felipe Camarena's signature ArteNom 1579 Blanco is crafted in Jesús-María at the pioneering El Pandillo distillery. Rain water fermentation and a unique 50/50 blend of rain and well water filtering bring out rich agave flavors and the distinct mineral tones of the local soil.
