AM Site Solutions Articulated Dumper Safety & Awareness Course This is a Solas approved course delivered by a certified course provider. This course is aimed at Articulated Dumper operatives who do not currently hold a valid safety ticket. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and work ethic required to safely operate an articulated dumper. This training course ensures compliance with all statutory regulations. Duration: 1 day. Assessment: Theory and Practical Examination Course Content: Course introduction Machine introductions & operator manual Construction Site Safety Awareness Health and Safety Legislation Daily Inspection Pre-start checks and refuelling. Safe use of machine General operating practice Loading and unloading practice Terrain and associated hazards Practical skills assessments Hydraulic Systems Prerequisites: Candidates must be over 18 years of age. Safe pass course completed. Passport or Driver’s License PPS Number Candidate Pack 1 Passport photo PPE (personal protective equipment), i.e. Hard Hat, High Vis Vest, Steel Toe Capped Boots, Gloves. Certification:On successful completion of this course participants will receive a valid machine operator card.
