Clean the wall with a mild, residue-free cleaner and let it dry completely. Plan your layout: Measure wall width and height. Use a level to draw a plumb line to guide your first panel. Cut and position: If needed, pre-cut panels to size, leaving 1–2 inches extra for trimming at ceiling and baseboard. Apply the first panel: Align to your plumb line.
