Artur Kouri is a modern Russian-language horror writer from Ukraine. In 2016, he organized the international literary project “The West of October”, within the framework of which h e compiled and published more than twenty books with a total circulation of about a thousand copies. The anniversary issue of the series drew the attention of Mr. Edward Lee, the king of extreme splatterpunk. And the story "Bronson" was highly appreciated by Billy Chizmar.
