(Arugula micro greens have a sharp, peppery taste making great additions to savory dishes, salads, sandwiches, pizzas or as a zesty garnish. Fast and easy to grow, a great start to growing microgreens. 1 ounce PLANTING Germination: 2-3 days Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures 70-75ºF.
