3200 - Arugula, this spicy salad plant has been grown for over a century. High in protein and uniquely flavoured. Deeply cut arrow-shaped leaves and white flowers are all edible. C an be planted early as it prefers cool weather. Sow every 3 weeks from mid-spring for a continuous harvest. Use floating row cover where flea beetles are a problem.
