500 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom arugula seeds (Eruca sativa) per packet. Great spicy, peppery flavor for salads, dishes, sandwiches, and with meat. Can harvest in as little as 20 days or harvest once it reaches maturity in 40 days. Reaches peak flavor when leaves are 2-3 inches long. Continue to plant every few weeks for continual harvests.
