Eruca sativa Astro is a fast-growing, cold- and heat-tolerant selection of arugula that is the gold standard for many commercial growers. Baby leaves are ready to harvest in just t hree short weeks, and mature plants are slow to bolt. This variety has what is known as a “strap leaf” shape, meaning the leaves are not deeply lobed like most arugula.
