"Bushido"means the soul of Samurai. The letter of Bushi meanse warrior and we say in different words as "Samurai", and "do" means the way. When we add the word "do" after some othe r word, it often means "soul". The origin of Bushido is found in Buddhism, Shintoism and Confucaianism which blended for the way of life for Samurai.
