ASA (Acrylonitirle Styrene Acrylate) 3D Printing FilamentASA, also know as Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile, is a 3D printable plastic with properties similar to ABS. It is commonly u sed in outdoor applications instead of ABS due to its superior resistance to UV and harsh weather conditions. It also has high dimensional stability and good chemical resistance, making it ideal for prototyping, outdoor applications and the automotive industry. ASA also exhibits excellent mechanical and thermal properties. - Manufactured in the USA using premium ASA resin. This material is a great substitute for normal ABS when resistance to outdoor exposure is needed.- Manufactured from 100% virgin resin and then spooled onto 750 gram reels, the filament is then vacuum-sealed with desiccant. - Made in 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameters, this filament will convert anyone who prints with normal ABS!
