Its heat-activated foaming behavior allows controlled density reduction during printing, making it ideal for weight-sensitive and outdoor applications such as RC aircraft, UAV components, and exposed functional parts. Compared to other foaming filaments, ASA Aero offers stronger layer bonding, higher impact resistance, and improved long-term outdoor durability.
