Asafoetida — sometimes called "Devil's Dung" — is one of the most powerful banishing and protective herbs in the cabinet, prized precisely for its fierce, pungent nature. Ruled by Mars and the element of Fire, it repels negativity, breaks curses, and drives off hostile spirits and unwanted visitors. Use a small pinch in banishing or exorcism incense, or place it (sparingly — the scent is strong) in a protection mojo or at a threshold to turn back harm.
