Asarum 'Dixie Darling' is a Plant Delights/JLBG selection and introduction of the Southeast US native Asarum minor. This is an exceptional form we collected on a plant rescue in Wa ke Co., NC. The very dark green, heart-shaped leaves are highlighted by dramatic silver patterning. In late spring, the 8" wide evergreen clumps are adorned with amazing maroon and white marked flowers produced beneath the leaves. For dry shade, few plants are better than asarums. Show more
