The Lilith series was captured in the last couple months of a long, quiet, and very cold winter on Nantucket. In the relative calm and stillness of this time, whispers of creative inspiration became audible. What called to me during this period of semi-solitude was a vision that emphasized the connection between women and nature, and celebrated the power and freedom of a solitary moment in a safe place that embodies peace and beauty. This series is the most personal work I have created to date, and has cracked me open a bit as an artist. Show more
