A rare ASEA table lamp possibly a prototype, produced in Sweden C1940s. The lamp features a flat black-lacquered metal disc shade with a curved brass arm and black metal base, char acteristic of Swedish modernist design from this period. A beautiful accent light for a shelf. Details Manufacturer: Asea, Sweden. Circa 1940s. Original branding on base. Materials: lacquered metal and brass details. Dimensions: H 27cm. Base 13cm diameter. Updated electrics with bakelite E14 fitting, EU plug, and switch. Note: LED bulbs recommended. Condition - age related patina. Some scratches and wear from age. Minimal dents.
