Released: 13/02/26 On his fifth album, Julia, Icelandic singer-songwriter Ásgeir steps into new territory by writing his own lyrics for the first time. The result is a nostalgic, d eeply personal collection reflecting on regret, hope, and self-discovery, guided by the album’s titular figure. Written over two years and shaped with longtime collaborator Guðm. “Kiddi” Kristinn Jónsson, the ten-track record favours simplicity and organic production, highlighting Ásgeir’s emotive voice and newfound lyrical vulnerability.
