A benchmark Australian Riesling, this wine epitomises purity and precision. Made exclusively from free-run juice, it displays a brilliant straw-gold hue with green reflections. The nose is intensely aromatic, brimming with white florals, lime zest, and fresh-cut apple, while the palate is lively and crystalline, underscored by a spine of steely minerality and crisp acidity. As it matures, this Riesling evolves beautifully, developing layers of toasted almond, honey, and delicate spice, yet maintaining its remarkable vibrancy. An exceptional wine for cellaring or immediate enjoyment, pairing effortlessly with seafood, fresh salads, and light Asian dishes. Show more
