Sprinkle it into rice as you fluff it, stir it into couscous, or use it to season noodles, vegetables, chicken, shrimp, and stir-fries. Start with about ½ teaspoon per cup of cooked grains and add more to taste. Ingredients: Star Anise, Fennel, Szechuan Peppercorns, Cinnamon, Cloves, Red Pepper Flakes, Ginger, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt. Asian Blend Rice Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice 1 tablespoon butter or sesame oil ½ teaspoon Asian Blend 2 tablespoons sliced green onions Directions: Add the butter or sesame oil and Asian Blend to the hot cooked rice. Fluff gently with a fork until evenly seasoned, then top with green onions. Asian Blend Shrimp and Couscous Ingredients: 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon Asian Blend 2 cups cooked couscous 1 teaspoon soy sauce Lime juice to taste Directions: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
